Prior to placing your home on the market, I will do a complete evaluation of your home and provide you with the market information you need to arrive at the right sales price. My clients also receive FREE staging advice. I hold the ASP designation (Accredited Staging Professional). I try to utilize what my clients already own, in order to keep costs down, offering advice on furniture placement, cosmetic improvements if needed, etc. Professional staging is also available if my clients desire.

I take my clients safety very seriously. In addition to staging advice, I will help you protect your family, your pets, and your home from potential safety threats. This is a topic that has not been stressed enough, from the obvious (locking up valuable jewelry) to the overlooked (what is showing in photos, on-line...), for example.

It is vital for you to hire a Realtor who has a complete understanding of the process required to successfully complete your real estate transaction. Finding the right buyer is only one piece of what's needed. Properly navigating the appraisal and inspection period is critical. Watching contract deadlines and maintaining contact with the buyer's agent is imperative. Keeping in constant communication with title and escrow officers is important. Anticipating potential stumbling blocks, and knowing how to properly react to them is something I provide.

Selling a home can be one of the most stressful experiences there is. I take great care to lessen the stress by being conscientious at all times. Additionally, I can relate to your experience, having personally been involved as a buyer or seller 14 times! I have experience with moves that are local, nationwide, or international. I can offer advice on how to plan for the move and reduce the anxiety this transition can cause.
